Pilbara Health Web Poll

New poll: What stops you from exercising more often?

Excuses are easier than exercises - for most of us! Please take part in our quick online poll and tell us what stops you from finding 30 minutes of daily exercise.

Last month's survey results: Don't worry, be happy!

We asked you if problems ever kept you awake at night and 44 per cent of you said you often struggled to get to sleep, while 45 per cent said getting enough shut-eye was rarely an issue. When it comes to coping with everyday illness, 59 per cent of you said that you're rarely ill because you stay fit. Well done! Other respondents said they only take medication occasionally when needed. Sixty-three per cent of you said the atmosphere in your workplace was positive, 11 per cent said "must try harder" and 26 per cent said "what atmosphere?"

There's no doubt that a smile and a kind word goes a long way and we can all make more effort at improving the workplace vibe. After work sports and social events are a great way to start getting to know your colleagues better.

How do you communicate with colleagues in the same room?

Given the choice, do you walk up stairs or ride the elevator?

How good are you at making time for fitness?
