It may seem to be one of the most natural things in the world, but breastfeeding actually takes skill and a lot of perseverance. So it can be really difficult for mothers to not give up on breastfeeding if they find that things aren't going as smoothly as they imagined. This is where the role of fathers becomes really important.
As we approach National Families Week next month, we consider what dads can do to help their partners persist and continue with breastfeeding.
