New safety fashion

A new range of prescription safety glasses has just been released which conforms to Australian Standards (AS) of 99% UV protective polycarbonate. All glasses are rated for medium impact and include:

  • Wrap around glasses1 (tinted and clear) with bifocal lenses moulded into the frame so you don’t have to take your safety glasses off to read. Prescriptions are available for the diopters 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3.1.
  • Tinted and clear wrap around safety glasses2,3 with prescription lens inserts. These are
cheaper alternatives to full prescription safety spectacles and allow for scratched spectacles to be replaced without getting a new prescription. They also meet the current Australian Standard. When the new standard for prescription safety spectacles is introduced later this year, current prescription safety spectacles may no-longer meet the requirements.
  • Safety goggles with lens inserts1.
Skull Caps

Sick of bumping your head? A new release in skull caps can protect you from a nasty bruise or laceration.

The choices include:

  • A cap (with or without a peak) with an integral plastic protector4 or
  • A baseball cap insert.
