Acclimatise or bust

With summer just around the corner, we need to prepare ourselves for the heat as regional temperatures can soar to 50 degrees celsius.

Here are a few handy hints to help you to acclimatise:

  • Don’t push yourself too hard too early.
  • Take regular breaks during the day.
  • Save heavier work loads for cooler periods of the day.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet.

Check out this month's Health Calendar for more information.
