Get a grip

This debilitating wrist disorder is usually caused by the repetitive muscular effort required to perform simple, everyday tasks such as gripping tools, containers or equipment.

The incidence of Carpal Tunnel is on the rise. It is an extremely painful problem and often causes numbness in the hand. In extreme cases, corrective surgery is required.
