Motivation is the key

Quitting can be tough so here are some great reasons to keep you motivated.

  • I want to reduce my risk of heart disease
  • I want to reduce my risk of getting cancer
  • I want to look and feel younger
  • I want to be a great example to my kids
  • I want to have more money to spend
  • I want to have more energy

For more information on the benefits of quitting, check out this month's health calendar.
