Remember to always check the labels to find out the number of standard drinks are in the bottle or can.Standard drinks are calulated to one decimal place, so to make your drink counting easier - round the numbers up or down. That means if a drink is labelled .09, count this as one standard drink, or if 1.6, count this as 1.5 standard drinks.
